Krantz Appraisal Firm specializes in assisting banks and financial institutions, attorneys, tax professionals, Realtors, and the general public with real estate and valuation solutions.  We have been an independently owned and operated appraisal firm in the state of Missouri and assisting clients since 2005.   Brad has 20 years of experience in valuing all types of residential property and experience providing expert witness and court testimony for cases involving estate settlement, valuation for divorce, partnership and taxation issues, and retrospective assignments (valuation as of a date in the past).  We also provide appraisal services for homeowners who are buying with cash or doing for sale by owner so they can understand their home's current market value.  We offer products and services for Realtors in our community.  From pre-listing appraisals to price-improvement appraisals and measurement services, we have the tools needed to get their client's listings sold quickly and turn their clients into repeat customers.
